Planning Process:
The first step in building a new house is as simple as were do you want to live? There are a lot of development throughout Lincoln and surrounding areas to choose from. However, not all location will fit what you are looking for in a house. Certain Developments have (Covenants) that can restrict the size of the house and exterior design including roof pitch and garage location. We will work with you in this process to determine the plan that will fit the location you want to live in.
Bid Process:
After you’re comfortable with the Location and House plan we will meet to discuss the finishes you are looking for in you new home. At this time, you may know exactly what finished you are looking for or you may have ideas based from magazine’s or other homes you have visited. After deciding on what you want in your home, we will put a bid together that is accurate and based on your decision. We will give you allowances that will cover the cost for upgraded material and give you specs that will give you a realistic bid that will keep you on budget.
Building Process:
Once you are comfortable with the location, Design and Price of your new home the building process will begin. We pride ourselves to be a hands-on builder and we will continue to communication with you through meetings, Jobsite walkthroughs and weekly photos and description of what is going on with your project. Any changes you wish to make during this time will be documented and you will be aware of any price Add/Deduct before making any decisions.
Warranty Process:
After closing on your new homes, you will receive a 1-year builders’ warranty. For the first year you have your new home feel free to contact us if you have a problem and we will handle it in a timely manner.
