Gary finished construction of our new house in June 2021, on the date he promised, which made a smooth transition from our old house to the new house. It was an outstanding experience and Gary was constantly communicating with us on updates, questions, selections, etc., and we were continuously able to see updates and physically see the house as it was coming along. HighRidge Builders was very fair with regards to extra costs, and always processed our change orders in a timely manner, as well as kept us updated on our final purchase price. Gary was always willing to make the changes we requested, to the best of his ability, and without hesitation. It was a very smooth and seamless process working with HighRidge Builders. I would highly recommend HighRidge Builders, without hesitation, and would gladly work with them again in the future.
Our experience with HighRidge Builders was excellent! We had looked at several other houses and talked to another builder before finding this house, which was in the early stages of construction. We immediately noticed that this house had all of the things we were looking for. We met with Gary and were very impressed with his desire to give us what we wanted. We went from a 3 to a 5 bedroom home, added a door in the back wall of the garage, and added a window in the dining room. All of these changes Gary sketched on the plans as we talked and had no problem accommodating!
Throughout the build, Gary was available while picking out cabinets and granite, and was always eager to show us the progress on the house. The quality of construction was excellent and he let us experience the whole process by showing and explaining as the house went up. Now that we are in our home, we really appreciate all of the thought that went into the design. Each area was creatively designed to separate the bedrooms from the living spaces, and to maximize the square footage in each room. We especially love the artistically painted accent wall, the covered and partially enclosed patio, and all of the storage space.
We are thrilled to be living in this house and are still finding new things that we love. Anyone looking to build should seriously consider HighRidge Builders!
